Wow, that was amazing. I have a new found respect for people that have c-sections, all I can say is wow. What a process to go through. That was great that Ben was right in the action.
my thoughts: 1)wow! i did close my eyes a couple of times...around 2 mins:) 2)i can't believe they let you video tape it! 3)the whole process is INTENSE! and i was just watching it! 4)i cried when little cruz came out:)what a miracle! 5)i hope i NEVER have to endure a c-section:0) thanks for sharing lynn! you are one brave woman:)
Thank you for sharing... I love a good surgery:) I'm grateful for technology and such so that we can all have healthy babies no matter the circumstance... :)
WOW! thanks for sharing...that was intense! now i know why i was so sore. Lynn, you are brave, i made ryan stay by my side the entire time. so cool that you got it on video!
I'm still not sure whether or not I want to watch it, I may never want to have kids if I do! I just warmed up to the idea too. I may have to wait and at least make Erick watch it with me :)
Super cool. Thanks for posting. Still amazing to me (even though I've done it 3 times) that they can bring a baby out of a hole so small. I just kept thinking - she's gonna be hurting when the pain meds where off. Way to go, Lynn!!
Wow, did I seriously just watch a baby being pulled out of you! That was a first, never seen that before, thanks for the education! I have to say, I had no idea what I was in for. I knew Ben was ENT so I kept thinking you send us him performing surgery and I was trying it figure out if it was someones rather big neck......no just a pregnant belly! I caught on after 2 minutes.
WOW! We filmed each of our c-sections too but we didn't get to see the whole shibang like you captured. I'm so thankful for technology and for strong bodies that can endure that. Congrats again on a cute babe!
To be honest... I'm not sure I can watch it (even seeing the still image of the video makes me a little sick!). I've been thinking/debating about it all day! I mean, this baby of mine is going to be cut out in like 17 weeks regardless... but maybe I'd be better off pretending there's really no blood & knives involved!
I've had 4 c-sections and am sooo glad I never have to have one again! The thought of all the pain came rushing back to me as I watched the video. Yes I'm grateful for technology and amazing doctors to deliver our special babies, but the delivery part and recovery is NOOO fun. The moment Cruz came out was touching!
Mia kept saying "I hope that the doctors push my babies out the other way". I had to giggle cause neither way is pretty, but I will say that I hope to always have the "other way" myself.
If our charities do not at all pinch or hamper us, I should say they are too small. There ought to be things we should like to do and cannot do because our charities expenditure excludes them...Sometimes our pride also hinders our charity; we are tempted to spend more than we ought on the showy forms of generosity (tipping, hospitality) and less than we ought on those who really need our help. - C.S.
