It's Curtains

Avery got a sewing machine for Christmas.  After Miles showed her how to use it...

We made curtains! 

For the record, she wouldn't listen to me about what type of fabric would make the best curtains.  She wanted to choose the softest comfiest fabric - which obviously is a challenge to get to not flop over at the top, so we will remedy by pinning.  We made the curtain rod with electrical conduit (more on that later).
