I know how it is driving a long distance with young kids, best of luck. I am glad that you guys got snow for the holidays, we are bare as can be. I am definetly going to miss the great white stuff this year.

Careful out there! You're definately in our prayers--how did Ben get a long enough time off to drive and do you get a refund for the cancellation?
Just fly home with the kids and let Ben drive.
I hope you had a safe trip. My mom teaches school in Portland and they had a week of no school due to weather. That is UNHEARD of in Portland. Very unusual weather in December. My sister got stuck in Portland because her flight was canceled and she couldn't get another flight until after Christmas--so she drove to Sacramento and met her husband there and they drove to Utah together. I hope driving out of Portland wasn't too bad.
So glad this happened cause I got to see you!! YAY! THANK YOU so much for stopping by the redwoods, it was great to see you, the kids and your Mom. I hope that the rest of your drive went well. Love ya.
